Shipping policy

Purchase Terms and Conditions:

  • Orders will be processed and dispatched following payment, to the named persons on the order summary.
  • The Company shall be entitled to cancel or delay delivery of orders if the shipment is delayed or hindered through circumstances beyond its control. Such circumstances shall include (but are not limited to) the Coronavirus pandemic, industrial action, accident, fire, terrorism, Act of God or failure to deliver by suppliers or carriers.

 

Dispatch

  • Goods will be dispatched to the delivery address advised at the time of order. If nobody is available to receive the goods at the time of delivery, our nominated courier will leave a card and return the goods to the depot.
  • It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that both selected goods and dispatch details are correct at the time of ordering. 
  • We reserve the right to make an extra charge for goods and/or re-delivery if you are not available to accept or receive the goods when delivered.
  • Once an order has been submitted and dispatched, it cannot be ammended or refunded. Requests for refunds after dispatch will be followed in line with our refund policies within, including the processing of refunds on receipt of the returned item, after inspection of the item in its unopened, functionable and resaleable condition.
  • Goods are normally dispatched within 5 working days from order, subject to stock availability.
  • Orders placed after 12 midday on Friday and on Sat - Sun will be dispatched on Mondays, excl. Bank Holidays.

 

Delivery

  • Our delivery times are quoted as a guide. 
  • MySkin UK Limited will not accept responsibility for transport delays or late delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • On certain non-standard items we may advise up to 6-8 weeks delivery time. In such cases, an approximate delivery time frame will be advise at the time of order.
  • Delivery to most areas is within 1 – 2 days of dispatch.
  • Delivery to Northern Island, Scotland & Islands, delivery can be 3 – 4 working days from dispatch.
  • Delivery on items purchased at exhibitions and during promotions may take longer. Please allow up to 14 days for dispatch.
  • Deliveries take place in the UK between 08:30am and 6:00pm Monday – Friday.
  • We do not offer timed deliveries.
  • We reserve the right to make an extra charge for goods and/or re-delivery if you are not available to accept or receive the goods when delivered.
  • Items unavailable at the time of order will be held in back order and dispatched as soon as they become available. No carriage charge will be added to back orders.

 

International Orders

  • International Deliveries including delivery to the EU will be subject to customs charges on arrival within your destination. Additional customs charges will be liable to the buyer.
  • Delivery to Northern Island, Scotland & Islands, delivery can be 3 – 4 working days from dispatch.

 

Lost Goods

  • Tracking information will be available for all items. 
  • Should an item be deemed as lost, MySkin UK will submit a claim after 10 working days for the item to be found/refunded.
  • Should an order not be collected from their local depot by the buyer/recipient after failed attempted courier deliveries, the goods may be returned to sender. Postal charges will become applicable to resend the item back to the recipient. 

 

Carriage:

  • Carriage is charged according to weight and/or size and will be advised at the time of order.
  • The minimum carriage charge to UK mainland is £4.50.
  • International charges vary via destination.

 

Force Majeure:
