This package entitles you to the said number of treatments.
We reserve the right to adjust, alter or withdraw this offer per patient dependent and prior to consultation and treatment.
This cost is for 1/3rd of the treatment total and will be subject to subscription over 3 (three) payments.
The first installment will become payable now, on purchase of the course, followed by 2 (two) further monthly installments 30 days apart. Totalling 3 payments in total.
This course is not refundable or transferrable and cannot be shared.
Further terms and conditions will be made available in-store and you will be presented with an agreement to sign for the automatic collection of the further 2 (two) installments via Direct Debit.
Late payments will incur a fee of £25 for each late installment in addition to an extra £5 per day for each outstanding late payment day.
